Your order

After receiving your order and payment, you'll receive an order confirmation from us.

Your web shop order is usually shipped within two business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping with parcel service

We ship all our packages with a parcel service.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to see exactly where your package is and your order can no longer be cancelled.

If you want a different shipping method, please contact us.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT. Two separate orders cannot be combined. Goods are shipped at your own risk.

Shipping costs

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over € 200,- (excl. VAT).

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment.

If you accidentally enter an incorrect address, house number or postcode and the delivery cannot take place, causing the package to be returned to us, both the return costs and the new shipping costs will be charged to you.

Pick up by yourself

If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, please let us know in advance.

As soon as your package is ready, we will send you an email and you can then pick up the goods in consultation on working days between 08:30 and 17:00 at this address: Logistiekweg 26, 7007 CJ Doetinchem, The Netherlands.

Complains about the delivery of your order

Goods will be packed as efficiently as possible, and special attention is paid to ensuring that fragile goods are properly packed.

We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.

If a package arrives damaged, we kindly request that you report this immediately to the delivery person and have it recorded, with a brief description of the complaint. If possible, we would also like to receive a photo of the damaged packaging. This will allow us to better assist you in solving the problem.

Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day reflection period from the day of receipt (note: this does not apply to companies).

You must notify us of your return within this period.

After notification, you have 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a refund within 14 days from notification, or no later than the date we receive the product.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
